So what is MDI currently venturing In?
Currently MDI is working towards MDIV-R/E and MDIV-M/F Ventures. MDIV-R/E is Real estate venture where MDI invests in real estate with goal to produce profitable returns. MDIV-M/F stands for mining factory, in this Venture MDI is in process of building Cryptocurrencies Mining factory.
MDIV- R/E
MDIV Real Estate project was initially planned out in first half of MDI business cycle. Currently MDI team is working on developing complete strategy and plan to launch MDI’s Real Estate portfolio. In MDIV R/E, MDI invests in profitable real estate properties both Residential and commercial with following options in mind.
- Fix and Flip property for more returns.
- Fix and Lease property for continuous revenue
- Owner Carry sale of property
All of our over properties are thoroughly inspected and we are partnered with top notch real estate agents who are dedicated to assist MDI with entire MDI R/E project.
MDIV- M/F
Mining is becoming a big in cryptocurrencies market and have gain a lot of momentum over the past few years. MDI’s M/F venture is designed to build and operate mining factory who produces cryptocurrencies based on production schedule and detail research. MDI Cryptocurrencies and Venture teams are working together to identify digital currencies that MDI will start producing with in this portfolio. MDI applies factory model to mining which is unique in nature as this enable us to manage currencies based on profitability, demand/supply and future of such currencies.
MDI members when invest their funds in MDI, Part of their funds are automatically distributed towards all 4 of MDI’s Portfolios including MDIV.

Based on Research our Portfolio Managers develop an investment strategy. An IS is a detial plan on going into an investement and contains complete cycle strategies including exit strategies.
